BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
Overview: In the Silvr® AI App Launch Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you can win $1,000 to build your wardrobe by uploading 50 unique, validated wardrobe captures to your app account.
Sponsor: Silvr®, 12955 Biscayne Blvd Ste 200, PMB 141, Miami , FL 33181.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years old or older (or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, where different), and are physically located in the US at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, or of any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize or other suppliers (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members of each and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Immediate family members include spouse, parent, child, sibling, including stepparents, children, siblings, half siblings, and all their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
Agreement to Rules and Indemnity: Each person who submits or attempts to submit an Entry in the Sweepstakes is considered an Entrant and by participating in the Sweepstakes agrees to comply with and abide by these Silvr® App Launch Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, and represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, Entrant agrees to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the conduct of Sweepstakes and to indemnify the Released Parties for the Entrant’s conduct in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026. ET means the time in New York, New York, USA on the date in New York, New York USA in question. Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, use the Silvr® App and upload to your account validated fashion captures of fifty (50) unique fashion items. You may upload more than 50 captures, but only the first 50 qualifying uploads will constitute your Entry into the Sweepstakes. To upload validated captures:
Download the Silvr® App to a mobile device with photo taking capability and register for an account using complete and accurate information as required by the Terms and Conditions. You may download the Silvr® App by visiting https://www.silvr.ai and clicking on the download app button or search for the Silvr® App in your favorite app store.
Either upload or use the camera on your device to take a photo (each, a “capture”) of an outfit, article of clothing, or fashion accessory in a television show, social media content, or the real world.
Each capture will appear in your account. Silvr will select a winner [at random] and validate the capture complies with these rules. Multiple captures of the same item of fashion will only count once.
Captures must be of fashion articles. The technology cannot validate objects such as faces or buildings and may be unable to validate images due to low light, blurriness or movement or other causes.
Captures must not, in the sole judgement of the Sponsor, contain nude or pornographic images, any material that is obscene, racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive, hateful, violent, or that infringes the intellectual property or publicity rights of any individual or entity.
SPONSOR SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT AND ENTRANT HEREBY CONSENTS AND LICENSES TO SPONSOR all rights to use the captures submitted for any legal purpose including to train the Silvr® App and for the purposes set out in Section 10 of these Official Rules.
Charges: The Silvr® App is free to download. When accessing the Silvr® App, data rates and charges may apply. See your wireless service provider for details.
Prizes and Prize Values: One (1) Prize will be awarded. The Prize will consist of $1,000 USD. The Prize shall be fulfilled via a Visa gift card. All requirements of the gift card issuer must be complied with. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute for a Prize an item of equivalent or greater value if the Prize specified is unavailable for any reason. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Substitution of a Prize or transfer/assignment of a Prize to others by Winner is not permitted. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, municipal, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner Selection, Odds and Notification/Announcement: On or about __, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) Entry at random from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The selected Entrant will be notified as soon as reasonably possible at the email address associated with their Silvr® account. Entrants are responsible for assuring that their email address is correct and current and Sponsor has no responsibility if the winner notification email is not received by a selected Entrant. The selected Entrant must respond to Sponsor’s winner notification email and comply with all requirements contained in it within seven (7) calendar days of its sending. If the selected Entrant cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return all documentation within the required time (if applicable), is found to be ineligible or is non-compliant with the Official Rules for any reason, that Entrant will be disqualified. Upon disqualification, a substitute Entrant may be selected in the same manner as the original and must comply with the same requirements as outlined above. Upon responding to the email and complying with all requirements in the timeframes stated, the selected Entrant or substitute selected Entrant will be declared a Winner. Selected Entrants may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, tax acknowledgement or provide other proof of identity and eligibility to satisfaction of Sponsor. Winner may be announced via Sponsor social media accounts. Winner will use its reasonable best efforts to promote its win on personal social media channels.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, their name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image, Entry, captures, statements about the Sweepstakes, prize won and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent, and grants herein any and all such license and consent and agrees to execute any document as Sponsor may reasonably believe is necessary to effectuate same.
General Provisions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or due to requirements of any platform(s) through which Entries are received. In such case, the Sponsor may select Winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect Entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor, if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void Entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: failure to comply with these Officials Rules; multiple accounts created by the same Entrant from different IP or email addresses for purposes of exceeding the number of Entries allowed; Entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering or tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to alter these Official Rules during the Sweepstakes, including without limitation to improve the functioning of the Sweepstakes and to increase participation, provided that no changes will be made contrary to governing law. If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision will be deemed to be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render the same valid and enforceable and these Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law as if such provision had been originally incorporated herein as so modified or restricted, or as if such provision had not been originally incorporated herein, as the case may be. The Sponsor makes no warranties or representations concerning the goods and/or services of any third party. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, the natural person to whom the email address used to Enter, by the Internet Service Provider who has assigned the email address, shall be deemed the Entrant and must comply with all the requirements of these Official Rules and the winner notification email or be disqualified as set forth herein.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities shall have no liability to any Entrant or otherwise arising from the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and any of their representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the “Released Parties”) for and from any, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, submission of an Entry, the content of the Entry, and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or announcement of Winners; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, Internet service or website, app or platform; (vi) printing errors; or (viii) lost, late, misdirected or garbled electronic communications or mail or postage or undeliverable mail.
Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY, DELAWARE HAVING JURISDICTION. FURTHER, IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, ENTRANT AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO ANY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (I.E. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES). ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED IN ANY WAY. ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IS HEREBY WAIVED.
Privacy: All Personal Information collected by Sponsor is governed by the terms of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is located at https://www.silvr.ai/privacy.
